I believe projects move forward when people have clarity, direction, and a shared understanding of what they are trying to achieve.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP), facilitator, educator, and project delivery strategist, I help professionals, organizations, and communities strengthen how projects are defined, delivered, and led.

Throughout my career, I have worked across government, nonprofit, and professional development environments, leading projects, supporting teams, and helping people turn ideas into meaningful outcomes. Those experiences taught me that successful projects are about more than plans and processes. They require leadership, communication, alignment, and the ability to bring people together around a common goal.

Through Project Manager Lab, I share insights, learning experiences, and practical approaches that help individuals and teams build greater confidence in how they lead and deliver projects.

When I'm not facilitating, teaching, or writing, you'll often find me spending time with my family or exploring new places and cultures. Travel continues to shape how I see the world and reminds me that there is always something new to learn.
