Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To be fair to all clients and ensure availability, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: -Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee: PM Career Consultation ($225, 60 min): $150 cancellation fee PM Career Acceleration Session ($375, 90 minutes): $150 cancellation fee Onboarding Extended PM Communication ($150 3-session package) : $75 cancellation fee Project Delivery Success Training Series ($1200 4 - session package) : $ 700 cancellation fee -Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule once at no cost if they cancel before 48 hours of their scheduled session. If rescheduling within 24 hours, the cancellation fee applies. -No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend their session without prior notice, the full session fee will be forfeited. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
